REFUND / EXCHANGES :
At Cherry Blossom Intimates, we pride ourselves in offering high quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund the purchased items within 14 days.
Original receipt must be enclosed in returned order and completed REFUND/EXCHANGE form (enclosed with your dispatched order) as long as they are unworn (excludes trying it on), unsoiled, unwashed, and the tags are attached to the garments (NO exceptions). We suggest that you do not wear perfume and wipe off deodorant or excess makeup that you may be wearing, as they may leave a scent or stain and deem the product non-returnable. Postage of returned products to Cherry Blossom Intimates is non-refundable.
Please ensure that you try on any new purchase of swimwear over your own to determine if the fit and style is to your liking. The removal of the hygiene sticker will deem swimwear non-refundable.
All underwear is non-refundable, unless there is a manufacturing fault with it.
